Instead of automatically assuming that each woman would benefit from LVR, we first spend time in consultation, examining the plan of treatment that will provide the best result for each individual woman. Perhaps counseling is needed along with LVR? Perhaps the LVR experience would be amplified by physical therapy? Perhaps physical therapy and bioidentical hormone therapy should be explored prior to or along with LVR?
